The All-powerful Satisfaction!

The satisfaction score is between 0 and 10.

A client's satisfaction rating increases or decreases for various reasons:

  • if another nearby client radiates an effect which they like or hate,
  • if they are in a room in which they hate the equipment (a radiator producing heat, for example),
  • if they are obliged to move rooms (clients don't like being moved to another room!),
  • if they have a member of staff looking after their every whim,
  • ...

If a client's level of satisfaction is too low: they will pay much less, they may even not pay at all. They may even go as far as to demolish the room and all the equipment when they leave...

If a client is extremely satisfied: they will pay you correctly, and even earn you some Fame if they're as happy as can be!

Did you know?
The light in the room in which a client is staying (which can be seen through the window) indicates how happy the guest is: red=poor, orange=average, yellow=good.
